If you are unhappy with an item we will gladly accept returns under the conditions listed below:

Our policy is active for 14 days from the date your item ships. If 14 days have gone by since your ship date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Please do not call or e-mail asking to make exceptions to our return policy. We do not make exceptions for any reason.  Due to the extremely fast moving pace of our inventory we have a very strict return policy in place. Please understand that we are unable to bend the rules for anyone, as that would be unfair to other Off the Racks Boutique shoppers. 

We are not responsible for items lost/damaged in transit, but we will be glad to assist in filing a claim with USPS if your items qualify.

 

ALL RETURNS ARE FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Purchases made after May 5, 2016 will receive a store credit issued to your account at the email address you used for purchase. You will receive an email from HELLO@SHOPOFFTHERACKS.COM when your store Credit had been issued. If you did not receive an email please check for your credit by logging in here: shopofftheracks.com/login.php to access your credit. If you did not create a password, please use the lost password link to access your account.

 

Please not that if you are returning an item and AfterPay or Sezzle was your form of payment, you will still be required to make the allotted payments with them until it is 100% paid in full. You will be issued a store credit for your return.

You may NOT return sale/clearance items (usually ending in .00), jewelry, any accessories such as but not limited to handbags, Fragrance/Candles, Drinkware like BRUMATE or SWIG, Lit Handlers, sunglasses, scarves, belts, leg warmers, socks, leggings, pre-sale/pre-order, or personalized items.

You may NOT return items in which you have used coupon savings of 20% or greater during the checkout process.

The items listed above are FINAL SALE and we are unable to offer any returns whatsoever.

We have a special return policy in place for swimwear. Swimwear must have the hygienic liner in place to be eligible for return. Please try on swimwear with proper undergarments before you make the decision to keep the item! The 14 day policy does apply.

You may not return items that were purchased with a coupon code or store credit given as a contest or giveaway prize on any of our social media sites.

YOU MAY NOT RETURN ITEMS WITH COUPON CODE SAVINGS EQUAL TO OR GREATER THAN 20%. Coupon savings of 20% or higher will void any ability to return items. Please keep this in mind when shopping our website with coupon codes,

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached (if applicable). If you return items that have make up, deodorant, or any other stains on them, they will not be accepted as a return and the items will be sent back to you at your expense.

Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Also, shoe boxes should be covered with something like a polymailer or another box, please do not mail the box back uncovered with tape. This is not acceptable and the return will not be accepted.

 

If you believe we have shipped the wrong color, size, or defective merchandise you must contact us within 48 hours to resolve any issues. 


Damages/Defects must be reported prior to wearing the garment.  In case of a defective item or an error on our part, you will need to return the item with all original tags attached.  If the tags are not attached, then it is not returnable and will be rejected. You have 2 days (48 hours) from the day the order was received to report it as being damaged.  We will not accept any items after this 2 day period to be returned if it is damaged.

Colors and patterns may very slightly depending on computer/phone screens. This does not qualify as a defect and buyer must pay return shipping.

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

Package refusal is not an acceptable way to make a return. You will need to include the return form.

In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice.

It is very important that you ask for a tracking number when shipping your return. We are not responsible for any item(s) lost in the shipping process. 

Please allow 10 business days for return processing. 

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or is not in compliance with return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and a standard shipping charge will be applied, or we will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days. After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

 

Exchanges:

We do not facilitate exchanges. We recommend placing a new order for any items you would like and sending back any return items to be processed for a refund.

Due to the nature of our business and fast moving merchandise, we are unable to accept returns past the 14 day mark listed above. We must adhere to the aforementioned return policy. If you have any questions regarding the return policy please email us at shopofftheracks@gmail.com.

Cancellations:

We are not able to process order cancellations or make changes to your order once it is placed.


How to Return An Item:

 

If your item meets the return criteria, please print our return form & include with your return.

When we receive the item we will refund the price of the item minus any coupon codes or discounts used. Store credit is not refundable.

A unreturnable item as stated above, or not as described by customer will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
