Bourbon & Boweties: Do You Bangle?

During our most recent visit to America's ApparelMart in Atlanta, GA this past February, we had a number of lines of clothing we were excited to see; however, there was one designer at the very top of our list. We absolutely could not wait to see the jewelry line from Bourbon & Boweties up close and in person.

We love clothing, but let's be honest here... there's nothing more intriguing than this jewelry line! The owner, Carley, began the business after making a few hand-made souvenirs of jade stone from her travels to Shanghai! In the beginning they were sold in one retail location.  Now you can find the bangles in Lilly Pulitzer stores along with over 200 boutiques across the nation.

We knew we wanted to see the jewelry in person and hand pick our order at market, so we made our way to the Bourbon & Boweties booth, where we found their signature bourbon cocktail bar and an amazing spread of baubles. When we saw the quality of this line, there was no question we would offer it to our customers.

Each piece is handcrafted and unique.  All of the Bourbon & Boweties Bangles are created using hand selected semiprecious stones, geodes, smoky quarts, lava stones, shells, turquoise, jade, polished coral, Peruvian opals, agates and many more natural stones all wrapped with gold plated wire. The stones featured in Bourbon & Boweties may come from all around the world but they are all individually “Made by Proud Southern Hands," right here in the USA.

Bourbon & Boweties look beautiful stacked with other B&B bangles on their own, or with other jewelry.  The shotgun shell bangles are a huge hit with customers and are only available in limited quantities to retailers.B&B bangles have been worn by celebrities such as Katie Couric, Desiree Hartsock (from The Bachelor: Season 17) and most recently, Missy Robertson of Duck Dynasty.  We are beyond excited to carry this line at shopofftheracks.com and to be a part of #thegreatbangletakeover!
